I have written for a few for a couple of music magazines/fanzines. Especially when I was a student I was quite productive and did about two interviews per months with bands I was interested in :-)
The ENTRY was a fanzine that was released every two months with about 2,000 copies that were sold at clubs, concerts and a few record stores. It was mainly read by fans/bands/labels that were somehow related to the Electro/Wave/Goth/Industrial scene. The view that the editors had of the scope of their magazine was somehow narrower than mine (and I do hope than that of the readers) and they did not allow me to do an interview with Sven Väth and so I left the magazine. (BTW: only two more printed issues of the ENTRY were released I wasn't involved in, but they've got a nice homepage now...)
The BODYSTYLER was also a fanzine related to the Electro/Wave/Goth/Industrial scene--the great thing about it was they took almost nothing too seriously: neither the scene nor themselves or the bands. As the scope of the BODYSTYLER changed over the years the editors decided to do a proper music magazine distributed all over Germany. To account for the change of the content the magazine changed its name to TEXTUNDTON. Although I always thought that BODYSTYLER was a great name (because the magazine shaped not only your intellect but also your body ;-)) this was the right thing to do, in my opinion. Unfortunately, it had not the success it deserved...

All interviews were done by me (Z) except the Welle:Erdball interview which was written by Andreas Davids (with support from me) and a couple of interviews I did together with Reiner Rasche (2xR or R.I.R.). Frederik von Ameln (f.) supported me for the Leætherstrip interview.
